匿名 asked: What Japanese teaching books can you recommend? :D

I used Genki when I took Japanese and i liked it a lot :D it’s easy to understand and they have good examples too ^_^

  1. redpandapatronusのコメント: I’m using the なかま and it isn’t too bad.
Genki was really good! ^-^ I second that!
Japanese Step by Step : An Innovative Approach to Speaking and Reading Japanese by Gene Nishi is what I use the most. It’s straight to the point without fluff.
Minna no nihongo is the most effective and is used in a lot of teaching institutions
I’m learning through Genki, and yes it’s an amazing book!
  6. pieces-of-reesのコメント: genki doesn’t have a lot of cultural stuff though, try adventures in japanese 1-4 as well!
Genki!!
