The river that the umbrellas are floating peacefully on was used by the victims to try to cool their burns, burns which had never been experienced before in human history. The calculus of justification at the time is still unclear. What should be certain, now knowing the outcome, is that there is no possible future circumstance to justify these terrible weapons of mass incineration and slow death. Thank you Kinki. (2005)
