How do I answer a question with a gif or put a gif in a text post?

To put gif in a text post: open a new text post, click upload photo, choose the gif you want, and then BAM it’s there. :D

To put it in replies to asks: open a new text post, click upload photo, pick the gif you want, click choose (or open), then when it shows in the box click the HTML button, a window will pop up and then you copy the link from there. After that go to the question (or ask) and click the HTML on there, paste the link and click ok. It should show up.
